Order Processing & Payment Authorization
All orders are subject to payment authorization and verification before processing. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully confirmed. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Pre-Orders & Processing Time
Channel K9 offers both in-stock items and pre-orders.
Pre-orders are clearly identified on the product page or at checkout and may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary due to order volume, holidays, or temporary fulfillment pauses, including periods when fulfillment operations are limited.
Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Processing time refers to the period before your order ships and does not include transit time.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders ship on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains multiple items, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

These estimates do not include processing or pre-order fulfillment time.
Channel K9 is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays.
Shipping Protection (Recommended)
Channel K9 offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If shipping protection is selected, claims for qualifying issues will be reviewed and handled in accordance with the protection coverage terms.
Shipping protection is strongly recommended to ensure the fastest resolution in the event of a delivery issue.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If shipping protection is not selected, Channel K9 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier confirms delivery.
For packages that arrive damaged, customers must contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Damage claims are evaluated using carrier tracking data, delivery confirmations, and any supporting documentation provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, customers must contact support@channelk9.com within 24–48 hours of placing the order to request an address correction. Address updates are only possible if the order has not yet entered processing.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
If an international shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact us at support@channelk9.com.
