Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in good condition and include all original components. Normal wear consistent with reasonable use is acceptable. However, items showing signs of negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper handling may be denied a return or approved for a partial refund at our discretion.

To help us evaluate the condition of the product, customers are required to provide clear photos of the item when requesting a return. Photos should accurately show the overall condition and any wear present.

You will also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@channelk9.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Condition-Based Returns and Partial Refunds

Returns are accepted for products that show normal wear from intended use. If a returned item shows excessive wear, damage due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling, Channel K9 reserves the right to:

  • Deny the return entirely, or

  • Issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item

All condition determinations are made after inspection of the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards (non-refundable and have no cash value)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Any item deemed unsafe or unsanitary to resell

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
